Thank you for shopping with North Terrace. We currently ship orders within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after your order is placed. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or high volume periods.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery time is typically 5 to 10 business days after your order has shipped, depending on the item, shipping carrier, and destination.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information may affect delivery timing.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout when applicable. Any shipping charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. North Terrace is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at northterrace.hg@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at northterrace.hg@gmail.com with your order number so we can help review the issue.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
